Firmin Court

Firmin Court will be located at 424 N. Firmin Street in Los Angeles. The 64-unit, seven-story building will consist of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units. In coordination with its supportive services partner, St. Joseph Center, the project will provide permanent supportive and affordable housing to chronically homeless individuals, persons at risk of becoming homeless and low-income families. The project’s amenities include an expansive community room, a fully equipped kitchen, a room that can serve after-school programs, on-site case management offices, recreation areas for adults and children, and a common laundry room on each floor. In addition to its proximity to Downtown LA, the project is located in a Tier 2 Transit Oriented Communities area and is within walking distance of Betty Plasencia Elementary School, the Edward Roybal Learning Center, and the Downtown Magnets High School.
